About Gordon Training Egypt

Our Story
Gordon Training Egypt (GTE) is a licensed representatives in Egypt since 2001 for Gordon Training International (GTI) headquartered in Solana Beach, California. GTI is a world-renowned human relations training organization that was founded in 1962 by clinical psychologist, Dr. Thomas Gordon, a three-time Nobel Peace Prize nominee, who is best-known for his Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) and Leader Effectiveness Training (L.E.T.) programs. GTI offer training, products and services for leaders, parents and teachers around the world (in over 50 countries) to help improve all their relationships using the Gordon Model, which is the base for all the programs offered. This model is evidence based and its essence is the person centre approach.

We envision peace and fairness in Egypt and the Arab World so that adults and children could achieve their potential in life. We work on enhancing family relationships at home, student/teacher relationship in schools, and employees at their workplace

We serve others by teaching them the skills that will enable them to effectively lead themselves and influence others to reach their full potential, peace of mind and fulfilment from their life and their relationships with those around them. They can live, dream, set goals and achieve them, and feel good about themselves and others in their life.

Because we value peace, fairness, honesty, and kindness- we give our genuine and continuous support and care for others. We would be honoured and happy to support you in your journey as a leader, parent or just someone seeking to love oneself and contribute in life and to others through learning how to lead themselves from within and influence others.

This is done through a number of offered workshops, as per each needs’ (Whether you are a leader, parent, teacher, coach, counsellor, teenagers etc). Those workshops are all revolving around the winning model created by Dr. Thomas Gordon 60 years ago, and are being continuously reviewed and updated by experts in the field.

Gordon Training Egypt is granted a representation license from Gordon Training International (GTI) thereby giving it the right to market and teach the various training courses in Egypt in addition to some other Arab countries. The training is taught only by Instructors who have been trained -in accordance with GTI’s procedures for training and authorizing Instructors to teach the Workshop.
